PharmMentor
Our Story

Built by pharmacists,
for future pharmacists.

PharmMentor was born from a simple idea: exam preparation should be challenging, but finding the right resources shouldn't be. We wanted to create something beyond traditional revision, combining clinical knowledge, practical learning and exam-focused preparation in one place. Our vision is to make PharmMentor a trusted companion throughout the Foundation Training year, helping trainee pharmacists strengthen their knowledge, develop clinical confidence and approach the registration assessment feeling fully prepared.

Two pharmacists.

Who we are

Meet Ali and Ishaq. Built on experience, driven by purpose.

We're Ali and Ishaq, two UK GPHC-registered pharmacists with a couple of years of experience across hospital, GP practice and community pharmacy. Along the way, we've developed valuable clinical skills and gained firsthand insight into how the knowledge you study is applied in everyday practice.

Having been through the foundation training year and GPhC registration assessment ourselves, we understand the challenges of preparing for the exam. We found many revision resources unnecessarily expensive, difficult to navigate or lacking detailed explanations and meaningful progress tracking. We often had to rely on multiple platforms just to feel adequately prepared.

That's why we created PharmMentor. We've dedicated considerable time, effort and thought to building the platform we wish we'd had. From carefully structured question banks and calculations practice to flashcards, detailed rationales and progress tracking, every feature has been designed with the needs of trainee pharmacists in mind.

Our content is written and reviewed by us, drawing on our clinical experience and aligned with the current GPhC assessment framework. Our goal is simple: to make exam preparation more accessible, effective and straightforward, giving future pharmacists the knowledge, tools and confidence they need to succeed.

What we're building

Everything in one place, made to feel like the real exam.

Exam-style questions

Written in the style and difficulty of the real assessment. Get one wrong and you'll see a full rationale with a step-by-step breakdown, not just the correct letter.

Timed mock exams

Full-length papers under realistic conditions, so the timing, pressure and question mix on the day feel familiar rather than new.

Flashcards & progress tracking

Flashcards built straight into the platform for active recall, plus clear progress tracking so you always know where you stand as exam day gets closer.
